Upcoming 2021 Video Games to Drive an Exotic Car / Supercar

With 2020 brining us a worldwide health pandemic, many of our favourite video game titles and most sought after upcoming projects were pushed aside with new launch dates set throughout 2021. As things start to get back to normal, we’re hoping to see a variety of racing games featuring our favourite Exotic Cars & Supercars finally being released in 2021. Check out some of our most anticipated video games that we are excited for this year:

5. Dangerous Driving 2

The upcoming sequel to Dangerous Driving released in 2019 will feature an open world element similar to Burnout Paradise.

Release by Three Fields Entertainment back in 2019, Dangerous Driving brings players back to the Burnout world in this unique sequel featuring fast Exotic Cars, Supercars, & Hypercars barreling down twisting roads with the opportunity to crash into cars and other obstacles along the way. We’re most excited for the introduction of a new open world element just like we witnessed in Burnout Paradise. Players will get to explore a large map and drive wherever they choose in this highly anticipated sequel.

4. Test Drive Unlimited | Solar Crown

It’s been a long wait for a new Test Drive game – rumour has it players will get to explore a large open-world man that developer KT Racing claims is a 1:1 scale of a real-life island.

We’re super excited for a new Test Drive game coming in 2021 – this will be the twenty-first game in the series, fitting for a 2021 release, and is part of the “Unlimited” open-world sub-series. Similar to how the developers re-created Oahu in the first two Test Drive Unlimited games and Ibiza in Test Drive Unlimited 2, in this game the developers have announced the game will feature a 1:1 recreation of an undisclosed island. So get ready to drive an assortment of Exotics and Supercars in this highly anticipated continuation of the Test Drive franchise.

3. Gran Turismo 7

The new upcoming Gran Turismo builds on over 20 years of video game development experience to bring you the best features from across the entire franchise.

Spark your passion for all things cars with a Gran Turismo 7, promising to deliver a host of new features inspired by the entire Gran Turismo franchise. If you’re a car collector, a professional racer, an automotive professional, or just a racing fan then the new Gran Turismo is here for you to evolve and improve your skills / racing strategies throughout all facets of driving. Gran Turismo 7 will feature classic vehicle, luxury vehicles, Exotic Cars & Supercars, trucks and the reintroduction of the popular GT Simulation Mode.

2. Need For Speed

With only a short gameplay teaser from EA Games during an EA Play livestream – there is lots of uncertainty and excitement building around the next Need for Speed game.

So far we’ve only seen some leaked footage from EA Play featuring a highly modified Nissan 180SX and a Porsche 911 GT3 RS – but with a franchise that has consistently delivered an action-packed racing game with some of the best Supercars on the planet – we’re sure the new Need for Speed game won’t let us down. For now there is little news as to what this new Need for Speed game will bring us but the developers have placed a focus on next generation consoles and a host of new improvements across the entire game.

1. Forza Motorsport

Players will get to experience unprecedented visuals in the upcoming Forza Motorsport game across all tracks, environments, and vehicles.

It’s been a while since a new Forza Motorsport game, and with some delays in 2020, the developers have promised a release in 2021. The new Forza Motorsport game will feature some exciting new cars and tracks all in beautiful silky-smooth 4K/60fps resolution giving us a hyper-realistic environment to play in. With some rumours of dynamic track and tire temperatures along with the inclusion of rallying and off-road races, this Forza Motorsport release is sure to be the biggest and baddest yet with tons of new features and visual technologies coming to the franchise. Stay tuned for a release date – and get ready to race an Exotic Car, Supercar, and Hypercar in your living room this year.
