Terms & Conditions

1. Purchase Order

The purchase or order of any GTA Exotics product or service indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

GTA Exotics provides various products, services, experiences, and information through its website and affiliated platforms, all of which are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Certain services, promotions, or third-party offerings may be subject to additional terms, conditions, waivers, or agreements.

Products and services offered by GTA Exotics may not be available in all countries. Customers purchasing from outside Canada do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, import/export restrictions, and regulations.

Reservations are only considered confirmed once:

  • payment in full has been received,
  • all required forms have been completed, and
  • confirmation has been issued by GTA Exotics.

Experience-based gift certificates purchased directly from GTA Exotics must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Dollar-value gift cards purchased from GTA Exotics do not expire. 

IMPORTANT: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchase, reservation, booking, or gift certificate. Experiences, reservations, and eligible gift certificates may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost, provided all participation requirements are met. 

Transfer requests require written consent from the original purchaser and complete participant information for the new recipient, including:

  • full name,
  • phone number, and
  • email address.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, services, packages, pricing, or promotions at any time without notice. 

2. Driving Experience & Ride Along Condition

Drivers participating in track day experiences must:

  • be at least sixteen (16) years of age, and
  • possess a G1, G2, full G license or equivalent out-of-province/out-of-country license.

Drivers participating in the 3-Hour or 6-Hour Exotic Car Tours must:

  • be at least nineteen (19) years of age, and
  • possess a G2, full G license or equivalent out-of-province/out-of-country license.

Drivers participating in track day experiences must:

  • be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and
  • possess a G2, full G license or equivalent out-of-province/out-of-country license.

All participants operating a vehicle must present a valid driver’s license on the day of the event for identification and verification purposes. 

Ride-along participants and drivers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent prior to participation.

All participants in driving experiences or ride-alongs must be a minimum height of 130 cm (4’3”).

Certain vehicles or experiences may require manual transmission driving experience. Participants operating manual transmission vehicles must be capable of safely and competently driving a manual transmission vehicle. GTA Exotics reserves the right to deny participation or substitute vehicles at its sole discretion if a participant is unable to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle. 

Prior to participation, all participants must sign the GTA Exotics Adult Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.

3. Reservation Booking & Cancellations

Reservations are required for all driving experiences. Space is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

All bookings are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled experience (“no-show”), payments and reservations will not be refunded. Reservations may be transferred to another individual who meets all participation requirements, subject to prior written approval from GTA Exotics and the original booking holder.

Event dates, vehicle availability, routes, locations, and experience details are subject to change without notice due to weather, mechanical issues, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. GTA Exotics is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred due to schedule changes, postponements, or cancellations.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, substitute vehicles, change locations, or alter the content of any experience at its sole discretion. Reservation confirmations and event details will be sent by email and/or text message prior to the scheduled event date.

If no currently available event date is suitable, customers may defer their experience to the following operating season, subject to availability once new dates are released.

Gift certificate and package recipients are responsible for reserving an event date from the available schedule. Reservations may be rescheduled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Rescheduling requests made within fourteen (14) days of the event may be subject to additional fees. Reservations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled event are considered final and cannot be changed or modified.

4. Inclement Weather and Force Majeure Policy

GTA Exotics makes every reasonable effort to provide the specific vehicle reserved for your experience. However, GTA Exotics reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical issues, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond its control.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, interrupt, modify, or cancel any event due to inclement weather or force majeure circumstances. Determination of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions shall be made solely by GTA Exotics and may include, but is not limited to:

  • snow,
  • ice,
  • freezing rain,
  • strong winds,
  • moderate to heavy rainfall, or
  • other hazardous driving conditions.

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to track closures, vehicle unavailability, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, or unforeseen operational disruptions, GTA Exotics reserves the right to:

  • postpone or reschedule the event,
  • substitute vehicles, or
  • replace the experience with an equivalent or greater-value experience.

If an event is rescheduled due to inclement weather, GTA Exotics will provide alternative dates free of charge, based on availability. If a participant declines all reasonable rescheduling options offered, the reservation may be considered forfeited without refund.

No refunds, rebates, credits, or compensation shall be issued for cancellations, interruptions, delays, shortened experiences, or rescheduling resulting from weather conditions or force majeure events.

If adverse weather conditions occur after an event has begun, GTA Exotics may temporarily suspend the experience and resume later the same day if conditions permit. If the experience cannot be fully completed due to time limitations or continued adverse conditions, no compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the experience.

5. Price and  Payment Conditions

Prices listed on the GTA Exotics website, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, promotions, or vehicle availability at any time without notice.

Full payment must be received in order to confirm and validate a reservation.

The customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any costs associated with unpaid balances, declined payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, collection activity, legal fees, or related administrative expenses incurred by GTA Exotics.

6. Liability & Code of Conduct

GTA Exotics will assume responsibility for normal mechanical issues that may occur during an experience except in cases involving willful misconduct, reckless conduct, negligence, misuse, or violation of instructions by a participant.

All physical damage to vehicles, property, facilities, or equipment, including associated downtime, loss-of-use, towing, transportation, storage, administrative, and recovery expenses, shall be the responsibility of the participant in accordance with the Event Adult Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement signed prior to participation.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to charge the participant’s credit card for damages, deductible amounts, administrative costs, downtime expenses, recovery fees, chargebacks, or any other costs arising from participant-caused damage, negligence, misuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of safety instructions.

All participants must comply with all safety rules, instructions, and directions provided by GTA Exotics staff at all times. GTA Exotics reserves the right to refuse participation, terminate, suspend, or interrupt an experience without refund if a participant:

  • behaves in an unsafe, reckless, aggressive, or inappropriate manner,
  • fails to follow staff instructions,
  • poses a risk to themselves, passengers, staff, vehicles, property, or the public, or
  • violates any policies, laws, or safety requirements.

The consumption or possession of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or controlled substances prior to or during participation is strictly prohibited.

GTA Exotics reserves the right to conduct alcohol or substance testing at its discretion, including in cases of reasonable suspicion. Any participant who refuses testing or tests positive may be denied participation or removed from the event without refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for reservations, bookings, packages, or gift certificate purchases under any circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Experiences and packages may be transferred to another qualifying participant at no additional cost, subject to approval by GTA Exotics.

Gift certificates and package credits hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
