TRACK DAY EXPERIENCE AT THE DRIVE FESTIVAL

Thank you for booking a Track Day Experience with GTA Exotics. Please review some important information below for your experience:

ARRIVING AT THE DRIVE FESTIVAL

Event address: 3233 Concession Rd. 10 Bowmanville, ON L1C 3K6

Event Hours: Friday September 6th 11 am to 6 pm; Saturday September 7th 10 am to 6 pm; Sunday September 8th 10 am to 5 pm.

Please allow plenty of time for commute and parking. Complimentary General parking is available on site. Bus shuttles will be running throughout the day to access different areas of the Park.

Your purchased GTA Exotics Track day experience certificate is a one time admission ticket to the Festival. Please have it ready to show and the QR code scanned at the entrance.

ARRIVING AT THE DDT TRACK

Your GTA Exotics track day experience will take place at the Driver Development Track (DDT). You must arrive 45 Minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete your registration.

If you fail to arrive on time, you may have to forfeit your time slot for a later time or switch into a different vehicle if a later time is unavailable. Please expect to spend a total of 1-1.5 hours at the racetrack from the moment you register until you finish your driving session.

At the time of registration you will have the opportunity to purchase a video package, and/or personalized car coaching to your existing booking.

SPECTATORS

Spectators must purchase a general admission ticket to the Drive Festival.

WHAT TO BRING

• Valid Driver’s License
• Comfortable footwear for driving – flip flops / high heels are not permitted.
• Please be ready to show an email confirmation of your booking at registration.

REMINDER

All Track Day Experience packages are sold based on a 1.5km lap distance (1 lap = 1.5km). At Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, we use a 3km track configuration – therefore, your number of laps will be adjusted accordingly. For example, 4 laps purchased for a 1.5km lap distance would equal 2 laps on the 3km track configuration.

DRIVING ON THE TRACK

While there’s no speed limit and you may drive as fast as you can, we encourage drivers to drive within their ability, in other words having control over the vehicle at all times. Should you operate the car in a manner that puts yourself, our instructor or anyone else on the track in danger, take the car off the track or hit a pylon your experience will be over immediately and you will not be able to continue.

CANCELLATION/REBOOKING

All sales are final- no refunds available. Booking cancellations/date changes made less than 14 days prior to your Track Day Experience are subject to a $75.00 re-scheduling fee per car. To avoid a re-booking fee, your reservation can always be transferred to a friend/family member free of charge. 

Any changes to bookings, such as date or time change, driver’s name change, etc must be sent in writting to info@gtaexotics.ca

WEATHER POLICY

Your Track Day Experience will happen rain or shine, unless it is deemed unsafe to drive on a racetrack. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, an email will be sent out one day prior to the event, and an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost.
