Minimum Age:

The driver must be 25 years of age or older to rent cars.  21 years of age for motorcycles (with proof of their own insurance).  21 years of age for our exotic car tours.  18 years of age for our exotic car track days (only allowed to drive at the track).

Licensing:
All renters must have a valid driver’s license (G License in Ontario) - G2 Licenses are not allowed. Foreign driver's licenses are also allowed with a second proof of identification (ie: passport, citizenship card, etc.). To rent a motorcycle, the renter must have a valid motorcycle’s license. M1 licenses are not accepted unless you are renting the motorcycle for the purpose of taking your M1 exit test. M2 licenses are accepted providing you can prove that you are a competent rider (a Toronto Exotic staff may follow you for 5-10 minute ride along a designated route to examine your riding skills).

Additional Drivers:
Insurance varies depending on the vehicle you want to rent. Gold or Platinum cards will not cover any vehicles with a retail sticker price of $65,000 or higher. Check with your credit card company if you have the coverage to rent a specific vehicle (ie: Amex Black Diamond card holders can put the insurance for any vehicle on their card despite the sticker price). Credit cards will not cover motorcycle rentals.

Barter Sales
Daily rentals only.  Multi-day rates do not apply.  Charges will be billed per day.  Insurance premium paid in cash.

Security Deposits:
Security deposits are mandatory for all rented vehicles. Security deposits vary depending on the vehicle you want to rent. We take a pre-authorization on your credit card, which means it will not show up on your statement as a charge. Should you not have the credit available on your credit card, we can also take cash, debit card, or a certified cheque as a security deposit which will be returned to you upon the return of the vehicle providing there are no damages incurred during your time with the vehicle. However, you are still required to bring your credit card to take imprints on it. Security deposits are not required to make a reservation. Security deposits are due on the day of the rental.

Reservation:
We encourage you to reserve 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and vehicle. Upon reservation, we do require a credit card deposit of minimum $100 or 1/3 or the rental rate (whichever is greater). This is taken as a credit towards your rental.

Cancellation:

***Please Note: All reservations are final during the peak season (May - September). Motorcycle cancellations will only be granted if the weather is non-cooperative (ie: heavy rain) and on one day rentals only. Multiple days are to be re-scheduled. If you decide to make a reservation, please make sure you are 100% sure you are taking the rental as the full rental rate may be charged upon reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances. *** Security deposits from your reservation are non-refundable.  Your deposit may be used towards a future rental. Should you decide to cancel within the 72 hour period, 100% of the rental will be charged on your credit card which can be used towards a future rental. We guarantee our vehicles upon reservation, so keep in mind that the moment you reserve the vehicle, that vehicle is no longer available for anyone else; which means that we have to turn down numerous requests for that same vehicle because it is reserved for you exclusively.

Pick-up and Drop-off:

*** Please Note: During our Summer Season (May - September), all vehicles are required to be picked up at 10am and must be returned by 9am. Any vehicles dropped off past 9am will incur an hourly charge for the rental. As much as we would like to be lenient on the drop off times, we find that it is not fair for you, the customers, to have to wait for an hour to have your vehicle because the customer before you chose to take advantage of the 1 hour grace period. We would also need a generous amount of time to have the vehicles cleaned and make sure they are in good condition. You are free to pick up the vehicle at a later time if you choose, but you are still required to drop it off at 9am on the due date. We do apologize for this inconvenience however temporary it may be. ***

We usually encourage everyone to pick-up their vehicles at 9am and drop them off at 9am on the day of return. We do this for numerous reasons; so you can maximize your day with your dream car, it simplifies the hours for you, and to make sure that the next customer can get their car at 9am as well. Of course we are no sticklers for hours; we do give a 1 hour grace period on the return of the rental. You are allowed to pick it up at any time you desire, but you may be denied the full 24 hours of the rental if there is a reservation made on the same vehicle prior to your reservation.

Free Parking:
Free parking is available if you choose to drive your vehicle to our office. We have a massive garage that is equipped with a security system. We however, are not responsible should any damages that occur to your car while it is parked. You may also have your car detailed while it is in our possession; we have one of the best professional detailers in all of Ontario. We can offer you very generous discounts on the detailing of your vehicle. Our detailer works on a lot of exotic cars, classic and vintage cars, and custom built cars; so rest assured that your vehicle will be in great hands.

Delivery:
We can deliver or pick-up the vehicle for you at a premium. Delivery/Pick-Up charges vary depending on your requested location and prices are for one way only: They are as follows:

Toronto Area (North York, Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, etc.):     $85

Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering, etc.):     $125

Other Areas outside the GTA:     $1.00/km

* Please note that all Exotic vehicles delivered are subject to kilometer charges on top of the delivery fees, which varies depending on the vehicle. Kilometer charges will not be charged for all other vehicles.

Fuel Charge:
All renters are responsible for bringing the vehicles back at the same fuel level they receive the vehicle at. The fuel charge is priced at $1.90/litre. Also, most of our vehicles require to be filled with premium fuel (90 Octane or higher). We can find out if you did not use premium gas on our vehicles as we have access to a portable octane analyzer. Failure to do so will result in the renter being charged with the maintenance fees required to flush the gas tank and refill it with gas.

Tire Wear:
We do measure the treads for all exotic vehicles before they leave the property. Excessive tread wear during the rental will result in the security deposit being forfeited. You will also pay for the tread used (ie: an $800 tire with a 25% of the tread worn out will cost $200). We will not tolerate abuse on any of our vehicles and a significant wear on the treads suggests that the car was abused and some mechanical and drive train damage is sure to follow. The Tire & Windshield Waiver purchased will not cover for significant tire abuse.

Driving Area Restrictions:
Although we don’t really put any restrictions on where the vehicles can be driven to, we do require you to notify us ahead of time if you choose to leave Toronto, the province of Ontario, or cross the border. The vehicles are equipped with GPS systems that have geo-border controls, which means we will get notified immediately if the vehicle leaves a pre-determined area. We might assume that the vehicle is being driven without proper authorization, or being stolen. In which case, we reserve the right to remotely disable the vehicle at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses:
We carry an inventory of high-end and very expensive vehicles. We are serious about keeping them in great working condition and will not tolerate any abuse on them. On that note, the vehicles may not be used:

- by any person who is not an authorized driver on the rental agreement

- by anyone with a suspended driver’s license

- for any illegal purposes or in connections with any illegal activity

- for off-road driving

- for the purpose of learning to drive or learning to drive manual transmission

* Failure to comply with these rules will result in the security deposit being forfeited. And any damages will be the responsibility of the renter despite the cost as the insurance purchased does not cover the activities previously stated.

Tickets / Toll Charges:
Tickets are the responsibility of the renter. Failure to pay for parking tickets will result in your credit card being charged for the ticket, for any late fees, and for an additional $25 administration fee. Highway toll charges are also subject to a $25 administration fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. No fees will be processed upon submission of form. 

2. Fees will be processed when we contact you by phone to verify request, collect complete credit card information, authorize payment on your credit card and finalize the reservation process.

3. Bookings are final and non refundable due to our short season and high demand.  There will be no refunds on gift certificates.

4. Rentals are from 9am until 9am the next day or until a designated date.
 
5.  Weekend Rentals are 3 days long: Starting from Friday 9am until Monday 9am.
 
6. We only accept Visa or Mastercard.  We do not accept AMEX.

7. We do not refund cancellations.
