In Ontario with no fault insurance you are allowed a replacement vehicle equal to the amount of the vehicle that was involved in a not at fault accident.
If you ride a motorcycle your entitled to a motorcycle replacement if you wish.
If you drive a Mercedes your entitled to drive a Mercedes.
